People Are Losing Their Shit About Joe Burrow Saying SEC Stadiums Are Louder Than NFL Games ... Something He Said In October

I love Lawrence Tynes for one reason and one reason only.

Now I have no idea why he's bringing this up now. Joe Burrow said this in October about Baltimore. In fact I blogged about it then.

So consider this a little re-blog thanks to Tynes. Here's the thing. Both can be true. Shocking, I know. Arrowhead is loud as shit. They get rowdy there. It's probably the best homefield advantage in the NFL, at the minimum it's in the discussion. But we're talking about SEC stadiums. From strictly a capacity standpoint it doesn't compare. SEC stadiums are fucking massive.

Again, this isn't Burrow saying Arrowhead isn't loud. Of course it is. He said this in October. He's also not wrong. SEC stadiums are loud as shit. Plus does this look like a guy that would get rattled at some sound or Brittany Mahomes?

Burrow isn't in for a rude awakening. Pretty sure he's well aware of Arrowhead Stadium, Lawrence. Now I feel disgusted having to defend the Bengals. If you want to talk about him not understanding playing in the AFC Championship game, sure, go ahead and fire off that take. If you want to talk about if he can go toe to toe with Mahomes, sure go ahead and fire off that take. But talking about a stadium when he played in some of the loudest places in the game? Come on.
