Yikes: A Dolphins Fan Proposed To His Girlfriend At Halftime Via Scoreboard Message But Wasn't With His Girlfriend When The Proposal Was Shown

This dude just completely dropped the ball - he sends a proposal via scoreboard message (coward move) and then isn't even with his girlfriend when the message is sent...how is that possible!?

You'd imagine that the Miami Dolphins would notify the guy when they would be showing his proposal. There's no shot you just send over this message + picture, pay for the proposal to show during the game and they don't tell you when they'll be showing your proposal.

Did the guy get cold feet? Was he buying a beer (which would be hilarious)? Or did he get called in today as the Panthers kicker?

I so badly wish we had a video footage of this entire interaction, but all we have is Connor Hughes' tweets.
