The New 'Spider-Man: No Way Home' Trailer Gives Us A Look At The "New" Bad Guys

"After Peter Parker's identity as Spider-Man was exposed by Mysterio at the end of Spider-Man: Far From Home (2019), Parker's life and reputation are turned upside down. He asks Dr. Stephen Strange to help restore his secret identity with magic, but this breaks open the multiverse, and supervillains from alternate realities arrive to hunt Parker down."

There have been a lot of leaks about this trailer/movie, who was in it and more because Sony is leakier than boat in a Phil Swift commercial. Fuck all of that. If you were lucky enough to avoid them, this still incredible. If you didn't, it was still incredible.

As expected, we didn't get a lot at the BIG two rumored additions to the cast. But we did get a better look at Wilem Dafoe's return as the Green Goblin, Jamie Foxx's as Electro, as well as the Lizard and the Sandman. We also saw that it looks like they get their hands on some stark tech and start causing some trouble.

It looks like the struggle for Peter obviously starts with him wanting his life to go back to normal, accidentally bursting open the multiverse in the process. Dr. Strange(if it is even him…) wants peter to kill all of the villains to reset the timeline, and Peter doesn't want to.  Where we go from there is still up in the air. The Multiverse is a fucking massive part of marvel, and I can't imagine the scope of it ends with this.

This movie comes out Dec 17th.
