"I'm An Idiot": While Airing Out His Sweaty Tennis Shoes Under His Car Overnight, Andy Murray Had Them Stolen Along With His Wedding Ring That Was Tied to the Laces

(swipe a few slides on his post to see the explanation)

Smelly shoes/sports gear are the worst. Can't have them stinking up your place and ruining your night because the smell won't go away. So what did tennis star Andy Murray do with his sweaty tennis kicks after a day's worth of practice? He left them under his car to air out overnight. Okay you know what, maybe not my suggested path of navigating, but who are we to judge?

So what happened when he went to fetch them in the morning? They were laughably stolen. Unfortunately, not just the shoes were gone, but also his wedding ring. You see, Murray likes to tie his wedding band to his playing shoes' laces while he's on the court.

So not only did Andy Murray have to hit up a local California pro shop to find new tennis shoes to wear for his match tomorrow at Indian Wells, but he also had to call his wife. Imagine trying to tell your other half that you lost your wedding ring while overseas in California because someone stole your tennis shoes from underneath your car overnight? As true as it may be, that story ain't gonna hold water with the wife. Meet Kim Sears, she may seem lovely and I'm sure she is....

But my god is she intimidating. This was a few years back talking about one of one of Murray's opponents Tomas Berdych during their match.

Oh yeah that's not someone to piss off. I get scared just watching that clip. Andy needs whoever stole these shoes to give them back just to save face with his wife and live to fight another day. Shoes are irrelevant, it's all about getting out of the dog house now. Thoughts and prayers to Murray.

Here are his odds on the Barstool Sportsbook for tomorrow. He should be able to dust Mannarino assuming his head is clear from all this.
