UConn lost to Holy Cross yesterday. 

Yes, Holy Cross. 

The FCS program. 

The final was 38-28 in a truly pathetic showing by UConn. As a lifelong fan of them, I don’t have any words. It’s just pathetic. If you want to see how UConn is doing, take a look at this video:

It’s just….I don’t know. It’s been a slow decline since the 2011 Fiesta Bowl, but I never thought it would get this bad. No conference. 9-41 since 2016. The running joke of college football. A loss at home to Holy Cross by 10 points. Does Randy Edsall care to rebuild this program? I’m not sure. I think so. What coach could they even get to fix this mess??? 

I can’t believe we are here. I think they’ll stay up in the FBS, but who knows. I had dreams of joining the ACC or Big 12. Silly me. Now we are an independent with nothing left.

Without UConn football, I wouldn’t have the job I have today. I’ll forever love The Rent and the program. I’ll forever love Randy Edsall. Right now, though? We are in a fight. A big time fight
