Foo Fighters Troll Westboro Baptist Church Protest Outside Their Concert While Playing Bee Gees Covers
There are very few things in this world I think the entire internet can all agree on, but one of those things is that the Westboro Baptist Church is made up of some of the most vile, disgusting, and bigoted humans on the planet. They protest just about everything you could imagine in the name of hate and homophobia and just absolutely fucking suck. Everybody in the world outside of their church hates that stupid cult.
So what did Dave Grohl and the Foo Fighters decide to do when they heard the Westboro Baptist Church was protesting their concert in Kansas? Decided to have a little fun with them and drive by to kill em with kindness....
“Alright now, ladies and gentlemen, I got something to say....because you know what? I love you,” said Grohl.
“I do! The way I look at it, is that I love everybody. Isn’t that what you’re supposed to do? Can’t you just love everybody? I think it’s about love! That’s what I think, we’re all about love....and you shouldn’t be hating, you know what you should be doing? You should be dancing!”
After that speech, the Foo Fighters (or should I say the Dee Gees?) broke out into their cover of the Bee Gees' classic, 'You Should Be Dancing' and drove away.
Pretty fucking funny trolling from Grohl and company. Just playin some disco on the back of a truck as these idiot homophobes scream and cry at you. Tell em to start dancin instead of hatin.
You think you're getting on our nerves with this measly little protest? Think again!
Kevin Smith still has my favorite act of trolling the Westboro Baptist Church tho, which was counter-protesting their protest of his movie, 'Red State' - which is loosely based on them (if they were armed and dangerous).....
"Thor Hates Straights" is so god damn funny.
