18-Year-Old Keegan Palmer Won The First Ever Park Skateboarding Gold Medal By Looking Like He Was Playing Tony Hawk's Pro Skater With The Cheat Modes On

Every 4 years you turn on the Olympics and you watch these humans who are all just so much more athletic than you'll ever be in your life. It's a tough reality to swallow, but you're used to it at this point. You've been around long enough to know that some people just have this insane talent that make them seem superhuman at times. And at the end of the day, you can always feel a little better about yourself that at least you're most likely cooler than, let's say, an Olympic synchronized swimmer.

But now skateboarding is in the Olympics. And now not only do you have to watch these humans who are all significantly more talented than you are, but they're also significantly cooler than you. And in Keegan Palmer's case, most likely significantly younger than you as well. Just look at this monster go.

This shit right here is Tony Hawk's Pro Skater with the perfect balance on, moon gravity on, and a full special bar.

Just so silky smooth. This kid looks like he can skate smoother than most humans can walk.

Oh and speaking of Australians who are as rad as they come, here's Logan Martin winning the men's BMX gold with a casual bike front flip.

Not his body attached to the bike. Just flipping the bike itself and somehow managing to keep it under him and land perfectly. It's insane.
