WWE Makes More MAJOR Cuts Including Braun Strowman, Aleister Black, Ruby Riott, Lana, Buddy Murphy, And Santana Garrett

What horrible news. 

Just a couple months after the release of Samoa Joe, Mickie James, Kalisto, The IIconics, Chelsea Green, Bo Dallas and more behind the scenes staff at WWE, we've now got a whole new batch of incredibly talent wrestlers now without contracts.

Braun Strowman was the most surprising from this list for me personally, because they seemed SOOOOO high on him years ago, but apparently his contract was just too big for them to handle....

People forget Braun was so god damn over like three years ago that we were wondering whether or not he was the next face of the company....but unfortunately he was a little too over a little too soon for Vince's liking so he spiked his push into the ground with an F-5 from Brock Lesnar and his popularity never recovered. Truly an all time fumble by Vince and Co. if you're askin me.

Aleister Black is another surprising one considering he just returned and set up a feud with Big E like….last week. He will undoubtedly become a top star on the indies as Tommy End immediately and hit the ground running.

If I'm Tony Khan though, I'm calling up Ruby Riott and Buddy Murphy ASAP - I think they are the most natural fits in AEW right now by far. Ruby would be a veteran addition to their expanding women's division (she's really a lot better than they let her show in WWE), and Buddy can tear the house down with just about anybody….

Lana reuniting with Miro (aka Rusev) in AEW kinda feels inevitable, and Santana Garrett will no doubt land on her feet as well. She's got experience everywhere. 

It's just heartbreaking to see them get released knowing how much they all sacrificed to get to this point. Wishing them all the best.
