The Star Of Paige Bueckers Vs. Caitlin Clark Was....Neither Of Them

The two best Freshmen in America played each other today in the Sweet 16. Paige Bueckers vs. Caitlin Clark. They had the ABC spotlight and tipped off before the male tournament begun...how many points would both of them drop? 40? 50? 60?!? Turns out there were 8 other players on the court and a few of them weren't bad either.

Christyn Williams put together a 27-point performance, while Evina Westbrook was 1 rebound shy of a triple-double thanks to a smooth stat line of 17-10-9. Paige wasn't bad either....18 points, 9 rebounds, 8 assists. Ho hum. She also had one butt tap:

15th straight Elite Eight for the Huskies. They'll most likely take on Baylor on Monday, which I'm sure we'll have another Sportsbook boost for. Looking back on that 4/1 national championship boost from before the tournament is criminal. That was free money given out by Barstool Sportsbook. 

P.s. UConn is adding Azi Fudd (one of the best recruits ever) and the #3 player in the 2021 class after this year. They don't have a single senior on their roster this year. Could be time to go on another historic run.
