Many People Are Asking If Smitty Should Be Jailed For Breaking My Ronald Acuña Bobblehead

You just can’t make it up with this guy. There are no lengths to which he will not go for a bit, apparently even including the destruction of someone else’s property.

Obviously I’m well aware that when I step into Stool Streams Stadium against Smitty, two things are going to happen: I’m going to win whatever competition is taking place (now 3-0 against him) and he’s going to try some sort of new, over-the-top bit to try to give himself a chance. I just didn’t know he’d go this low.

I remember standing outside the gates of then-SunTrust Park in the Georgia heat to ensure I would be one of the lucky few to own a Ronald Acuña Jr. 2018 Rookie of the Year bobblehead. And now it was all for nothing.

I have seen many people online saying Smitty should be prosecuted for this behavior and to be honest with y’all, I’m forced to agree. I certainly don’t *want* to press charges against a man I have at times considered at least a frienemy, but what is one to do when left with no choice? I didn’t even know how to react to what I was seeing after such a blatant — and illegal — show of disrespect. It’s the most stunned I’ve ever been in the Barstool office.

It’s simply disgusting behavior. And to think it was all over a friendly ping pong match? I guess the one truly at fault here is myself for underestimating just how low Smitty would go to try to gain an advantage.

I’m just more disappointed than anything.
