John Mayer Is Now On Tiktok And Taylor Swift Fans Won't Stop Trolling Him

You can run, but you can't hide John Mayer!!!! He had to know this would happen. Swiftie Titkok is a BRUTAL place for any of Taylor's exes, and John Mayer is probably the most hated because of Taylor's song about him, Dear John, which came out in 2010. Whenever Taylor/John enter the conversation in the same breath, I find myself in a battle with my own brain. We all know I love Taylor. I blog about her everyday. But John? I fucking love him too. I've listened to the Continuum album more times that I can count, probably as often as I listen to anything Taylor. 'Dear John' is one of my favorite songs to scream in the car and act like I was entangled in a relationship with a noncommittal older man. John Mayer is DEAD sexy, it's on record that he'll have sex with celebrities AND us common-folk, and he weirdly seems attainable and unattainable at the same time.  Do I think after 11 years, Taylor fans should still be trolling his social media platforms? Short answer, yes.

But ONLY because it's so funny. John Mayer is one of the hottest guys there is. Talented, charismatic, permanent smoldering look on his face, and he's still getting shoved in a casket by the Swifties. Guy only has 3 Tiktoks up so far, and every single one of them has thousands of comments that mostly consist of "Dear John" lyrics. If Taylor has forgiven him, that's great, but I can't imagine he had any idea that her diehard fans would still be trolling him after a decade. It's definitely going to get old, but John Mayer knows how to handle internet trolls. I'm willing to bet that he put this "berating" video up JUST so girls could duet with Dear John. At the end of the day, isn't he only making Taylor more popular? Are they….in on it together?

I'll close it out with my favorite John Mayer song, and out of respect, I will post Dear John as well.
