Our Washington Football Team Is Playing For The Playoffs. Pretty Wild.

Pretty fucking wild. None of us saw this coming. To be fair, none of us knew Alex Smith was going to rise up and play the way he's played, but still it is absolutely insane our Washington Football Team is playing for the division and the playoffs, a home game no less, tonight. This season has been one of the most tumultuous seasons to date. Literally nothing that has happened makes sense. Haskins to Kyle Allen to Alex Smith back to Haskins back to Smith, and that's about 10% of it. But through it all the defense has been rock solid, McLaurin and Gibson have put the offense on their backs, and again, not enough can be said about what Alex Smith has been able to do.

So here we go. A win vs a very, VERY depleted Eagles team wins the division. A loss...yeah that'd be devastating. For the players to make it to this spot against all odds and lose to this Eagles team would be gutting.

Man. I...I'm nervous. We don't win in prime time. But maybe this really is a new culture. A new team. Maybe all that prime time bullshit went away with the old name? I'm just typing things now. Man. Drink your drinks, smoke your drugs, and root for the WFT. Time for Chase Young to eat.
