If this guy isn't primed to be a star then I don't know who is. By the way, the fact that he sprinted into that surf without thinking twice is insane. The North Shore of Oahu has some of the roughest waves on earth this time of year and he just dove right in. You could tell how dangerous it was when he couldn't get to his feet despite being in only knee-high water. He had to wait to drift down the beach before getting to dry land…

Also, whoever said "you can't save him" in that first slide on his IG is the worst person on earth. What was he going to do just watch him drown? Wright gave an interview to BBC after the fact that didn't disappoint…
