'The Book of Boba Fett' Will Be Completely Separate From The Mandalorian Season 3

*NOTE: We are past the reasonable expectation for Mando S2 finale spoiler talk, but I'm warning you here just in case*

This might seem like a "no duh" type of announcement, but there was actually a decent amount of speculation around how this was going to work. There was a bunch of rumors that Pedro Pascal didn't even want to come back to the role of Mando. Luckily, Jonny Favs cleared the air here by confirming it is totally separate, and that Boba Fett is currently in production and that production will roll directly into S3 of Mando. In addition to that, though, there was also another interesting tidbit dropped here.

Besides Temuera Morrison and Ming-Na Wen returning as Boba and Fennec Shand it is now confirmed that Jon Favreau and Dave Filoni are returning to produce along with Robert Rodriguez, who directed Boba's comeback episode, 'The Tragedy'. That episode was particularly badass, featuring a lot of RR's classic action trademarks. I really liked the vibe he brought to the character and think he will help bring a unique voice to help differentiate the Book of Boba Fett from Mando.

Lets watch some BOBA FETT action!
