Ronald Acuña Apparently Just Plays Baseball at the Park in Venezuela During the Offseason and Still Pimps the Shit Out of His Homers

I truly don't understand how any sports fan could not absolutely love this dude. Here is one of the five best players in Major League Baseball back in his hometown just playing ball with some kids who probably view him as just shy of a deity and giving them the full experience.

Ronald Acuña simply does not know how to hit a monstrous home run and not let the pitcher know that he just snatched his soul. He cranked that bad boy well out of the yard and absolutely does not care that even though the pitcher will still have an awesome story to tell, he probably hurt his feelings just a little bit with how far he smashed that baseball. But Ronald proceeds to rid himself of all his gear and act like he just hit a walk-off as he makes his way down the first base line anyway, because that's what Ronald does.

And this is a great video and it's awesome that Acuña still goes to the field in Venezuela and plays like he's a kid, but I do not want it to be lost how pissed on that baseball was. I would be upset that the camera didn't pan to see how far it went, but I legitimately think it went at least 500 feet and the iPhone camera wouldn't have been able to pick it up anyway.

I don't think any player will ever top Chipper Jones for me, simply because I was born in Atlanta in 1997. But I've never had more fun watching someone play baseball than Ronnie. He's just an awesome kid who has the time of his life playing baseball and it's really cool to see he still goes back home and gives back.
