Watch This 350-Pound High School Kicker Absolutely Murder Some Poor Kick Returner

See that gigantic kicker? That is 6'4", 350-pound defensive tackle Jaheim Oatis, currently ranked as a four-star prospect and the No. 105 overall recruit in the 2022 class according to the 247Sports Composite. He's a hell of a football player.

And because this is Mississippi 3A football, he's also the kicker at Columbia High School. And that was very bad news for Hazelhurst High School's poor kick returner, who found out what it felt like to be hit by a future SEC defensive lineman on Friday night when he returned Oatis's kickoff out to about midfield before he was leveled by what probably felt like an 18-wheeler.

What a last line of defense to have on your kickoff team. Just in case some little speedster gets past the first wave, you have Mississippi high school football's final boss waiting back there at the 50-yard line, just daring anyone to come into his field of vision. I bet that returner really wishes he didn't break through those first few defenders right about the time he realizes he's still going down and it's now going to hurt a lot worse.

Oatis has offers from Alabama, LSU, Tennessee, Ole Miss and Mississippi State to name a few — with his senior year still left to play. All I ask is that whichever school he ends up at gives him a chance on the kickoff team.
