Here's A New Exercise To Throw Into Your Workout Routine
I know a lot of folks out there tend to pack on some extra weight during the winter. You've got a bunch of hearty meals being made, lots of Christmas cookies being devoured, plenty of heavy IPAs and bourbon being poured. It's tough to keep the extra pounds from packing on.
That's why it's important to always have a great workout routine and one that constantly keeps your body guessing. If you just show up to the gym every so often doing the same 3x10 sets that you've been doing for years, your body has become accustomed to that and you're no longer going to get the maximum results from those movements. You have to change it up every once in a while. So maybe think about throwing these backflip burpees into the mix and it'll cancel out those last couple of cookies you grab at 10pm.
