Straaaaaaange times we are living in. 

What the hell happened to middle management micromanaging every fucking decision under the sun? Does that not exist in the 9-5 public and private sectors anymore? 

How do ideas like this (and Lightfoot's "Rona Destroyer") get greenlit? 

I'm not even mad at this lady wearing the clown outfit. I'm mad at her superior. 

Again, my mind immediately goes to the cowboy scene from Casino -

Who gets pitched ideas like these, in positions of power, and says "you know what, I like that. Let's go with that"?

Or, is it there are even more God awful ideas that don't leave the cutting room floor so these moronic ones actually look like smart, safe choices by comparison?
