20 STOOLIES ARE STILL ALIVE FOR THE $25,000 MNF JACKPOT AND I HATE MOST OF THEM

This is from a contest on the PlayBarstool App that Hank runs. You pick 10 games on Sunday against the spread then if you go 10/10 you have to pick the correct score from MNF. The 20 names above are the 20 participants that went 10/10 this past weekend and some of them are total assholes.

ImJustDunk thinks the Rams hang 46 on the Bears tonight. The duo of beam4 and mmartin89 seem to think our offense doesn't travel out west. AndyStephens happens to think it's a 10 point game. Down the list you go, most people thinking the Bears don't have what it takes to get to 6-1 and first place in the NFC.

Did he just say 1st place in the NFC North?

No my friends I'm talking Conference play. I'm talking East West North South you fucking name it. That's how we're measuring the Chicago Bears this season and tonight they have a chance to climb to the top of the Conference graphic. To the 8 people smart enough to get the big picture, I salute you:

These are the kind of guys that understand the value of consistent pressure of a 4-man front. They know that Roquan Smith is fast enough to manage the play action and while Eddie Jackson is due for at least one touchdown. The kinda guys that understand that Khalil Mack is a bigger problem for the Rams than Aaron Donald is for the Bears. These are my people and I'll go to war on a hill for them or whatever the saying is.

At a higher level, it's worth mentioning that I (and many Chicagoans that love the Bears like myself) woke up feeling like it's Christmas Eve. The amount of anticipation swirling in my apartment right now is at an all time high. I had to make myself wear a promise bracelet today just to remind myself to hold off on the beers until after 3pm. It's days like today - first snow of the year with the Bears in week 7 primetime and JP Graziano doing the special meatball sub promo - that really validate a pure love of sports. To even try and replicate this level of excitement for any other NFL contest I would need a bonafide max play. And even then it's probably not that comparable. Things are just different when it's your team and they're actually worth a shit

And spare me the song and dance about the Bears being overrated. The Rams are 4-2 with 4 wins against the NFC East. Don't use the Bears strength of schedule or margin of victory to tell me they suck. Anything you want to say about the Bears can be echo'd louder about the Rams. So cool it with the bullshit please.

Personally, I like this one 27-17 in favor of the Bears. Smells like Chicago jumps out to an early lead then dominates a frustrated Jared Goff for most of the 60 minutes. Am I a homer? Yes. Do I respect the Rams? Maybe. But end of the day I just love my Bears and tonight they win you over too.
