John Wall Playing Spades While Being Interviewed On An ESPN Show Is The Most Disrespectful Thing I Have Ever Seen On Live TV

That was undoubtably the most disrespectful interview I ever seen. At no time did John Wall pay attention to the interview, listen to a question, or give any sort of care that he was on live TV. He couldn't stop playing spades for 2 minutes to answer some generic questions, and I 100% respect it.

This reminds me of every high stakes card game I've ever heard a story about. These guys play for 24 hours straight, no breaks, no matter what. If you don't think John Wall has at least 6 figures on this game of Spades, you just don't know gambling nor John Wall. He's not playing for fun, I'll tell you that. Plus we know how seriously point guards on the Wizards take card games, just ask Gilbert Arenas. So just because his publicist booked him for an interview on an ESPN digital show that nobody has heard of (no offense, but it is what it is) doesn't mean he's going to put down the cards. But to be fair, he wouldn't have stopped playing cards for any show, not the SVP show, not PTI, not even Nate at Night. Nothing gets between a man and his highstakes game of spades.

What I don't understand is how they aren't like "dude, what are you doing????". I feel like this guy on the left wantedddd to

but couldn't pull the trigger. Get some authenticity in there. John Wall is completely telling you to fuck off right to your face, at least make the interview interesting, nobody in the world cares about John Wall's thoughts on the Eagles. Nobody. But I would love to know why he couldn't stop playing spades for 3 seconds.
