Wake Up With Salma Hayek in ‘From Dusk Til Dawn’

This weekend is sort of the unofficial ramp up toward Halloween. It’s peak tourist season in places like Salem, MA, haunted houses and ghost tours and the like.

So why not post the most memorable scene from the best film ever made about bank robbers who take a family hostage to get into Mexico and then run into a club filled with vampires?

Salma Hayek got an Oscar nomination for “Frida.” But I believe she should’ve won the Academy Award for this portrayal of Santanico Pandemonium. No other actress could’ve pull this off. And I would’ve given a  Lifetime Achievement Award to the snake.
