Tank's Hall of Incompetence: The Miami Tarp Debacle

During today's Mets game on SNY, Gary Cohen reminisced about the Florida Marlins tarp misadventures in 1993. I have found the video of it and will induct into the Tank Hall of Incompetence. It was the Marlins first season and they had trouble getting the tarp on the field during a rain delay against the New York Mets. It is pure comedy.
