Wake Up With Bonzo, The Dog Who Carries A 30lb Dumbbell Wherever He Goes

I feel bad for two reasons this morning. 1) I've shamefully done a 'Wake Up With' blog and 2) This dog is in better shape than me. 

In fact, I cannot even remember the last time I had a dumbbell in my possession. Last year I signed up for a personal trainer knowing full well, as I signed the paperwork & handed over the check, that I was going to ghost on her after a few sessions, which indeed I did. I might as well have just made a donation to that gym instead. 

So go, Bonzo, gooooo! Keep putting in the work and carrying around that dumbbell for those of us who want to but can't (won't). He looks like he's enjoying that thing so much it almost makes me want to get back into the swing of things. Almost.
