Get back to looking like Miley in the Party in the USA video. Long hair, tan skin, looking fresh as a daisy. But also keep smoking 10 foot blunts and blasting nips all over the place. But fewer weird tattoos. I think we can find a middle ground with her. Or she needs to go full Britney/Amanda Bynes break down. Very curious to see where this goes.
