Well this is one such TV scene. It simply has everything. Two arch rivals doing battle on the waves that somehow exist off the coast of Gotham. The board shorts over their costumes. Robin’s completely unnecessary exposition. Commissioner Gordon and Chief O’Hara undercover as two surf dudes. Batgirl in a 60s bathing suit. The close call with the shark. This is magic you rarely can capture, and never, ever recapture. RIP to the late, great Adam West. Still the one true Bruce Wayne.
