Will you look at this shit?
What a steal.
$1650 a month (before utilities) for a piece of the big apple action?
Right in the heart of the hipster capital of the world, Williamsburg, Brooklyn?
PLUS - All the shower beers (PBR's am I right Williamsburg?) you could ever dream of? Literally an arm's length away at all times.
What a dream come true.
Perfect for entertaining guests as well.
"Can I use your bathroom?"
"Sure, its next to the refrigerator. Just pull the shower curtain back and piss over the drain. Turn the faucet handle counterclockwise to flush."
In all seriousness, how do you justify paying this much to live in a place like this? I get that you're paying for the location, not the accommodations. Not a complete idiot. But with Covid, and more than half the city shutdown, restaurants, bars, parks, all the amazing stuff that makes New York amazing, what does the city have to offer right now? Any city for that matter?
(And yes, I'm fully aware this is coming from the same guy who lives in the murder capital of the U.S. But it's presently one of the 4 months of the year it's gorgeous out and your summer ain't shit compared to ours.)
p.s. - Nothing better than shower beers. Came across these gems searching for pics
p.p.s. - Did you know "Empire State of Mind" was actually Alicia Keys' song before Jay-Z heard it and backed up the Brinks Truck to "acquire" it?
Just like he did with Royce Da 59 and Eminem's - Renegades. (Which he totally ruined. Listen to the original if you don't believe me)
