Statues All Over The World Are Getting Exposed As Lightweight Pieces Of Crap
In case you somehow missed it, statues are being torn down all over the world.
I'm not here to debate whether these things should be allowed to stand or not, what has struck me is just how poorly made and light these pieces of shit are.
I feel like I've been lied to my whole life. I thought these things were solid and weighed 5000 lbs, but you can see just how easily they are torn down, and in some cases rolled around and tossed in the water like a rag doll (that Bristol guy should have been thrown in the water BTW).
I've been in some rich people's houses, and some of the statues they have just sitting on tables weigh like 100lbs, I just assumed all the big statues were constructed with the same solid craftsmanship, but CLEARLY I was very wrong.
From now on I only respect marble...
