The Definitive List of the Best Ice Cream Truck Treats

Ah, the ice cream truck. Truly one of life's simplest pleasures and best memories.

Here we have a graphic with 33 of the best frozen treats this country and its musical trucks have to offer. Personally, I can't imagine not picking the strawberry shortcake/crunch/whatever it's called as your one choice, because that is the elite of the elite summertime ice cream snacks — the Julio Jones, if you will. I do, however, recognize legitimate arguments for a few others on this list.

Many simpletons will choose one of the characters in the red row because they are suckers for intellectual property in their ice cream; these are the same people who want to ruin Disney World by making everything Star Wars and Guardians of the Galaxy, but that's a different discussion. These ice creams have terrible flavors and contain "gum balls" which will chip a tooth if you actually try to chew them. This entire row is canceled.

Also for the purpose of this exercise, one must imagine it's a 97-degree summer day. Fruity flavors are far preferable in this environment than chocolate, which is why otherwise-top tier treats such as the original ice cream sandwich and cookies and cream ice cream sandwich are slightly further down the list.
