I don't care what the calendar says, summer is officially here. Summer for me always starts Memorial Day Weekend. That's when you start looking at weekends for vacations, trips to the shore, trips to the lake, whatever. It doesn't start late June. It starts now. So sure it might suck being back at work today with a Memorial Day Weekend hangover, but you know what? In a few short days you'll be ready to go again. Sure it might be weird that we're still pretty much shut down across the country, but the weather has changed, the sun is out longer, the birds chirp a different way.
