April 10th Workout: Full Body Build and Cardio
April 10 Weigh-in: 326 lbs
It's Friday baby! Almost through a full weekly cycle of working out and I'm down about five pounds and feeling stronger than ever. I've used so many muscles I haven't used in years and I can already feel myself getting stronger and more used to the routine. But it doesn't matter if I'm still working out tomorrow. It's if I'm still working out weeks and months from now. That's the true test. Just gotta take it one day at a time. I appreciate everyone so much for the support and positive feedback. The encouragement is definitely a huge boost to keep me going and motivated to work out and stay disciplined on my diet when I wake up in the morning. I love you guys. Here's todays workout:
10 Goblet Squats w/2 sec hold at bottom x 5 sets
10 Double Arm Extensions x 5 sets
30 sec plank hold x 5 sets
10 Cuban Presses x 5 sets
10 Alternate Lunges x 5 sets
10 Iso Bicep Curls (each arm don't alternate) x 5 sets
10 Stiff Deadlift x 5 sets
10 Reverse Fly x 5 sets
2.5 Mile Walk/Jog
