Lost In All The Madness Last Night Was The Fact That Guy Fieri Is Now A Die-Hard Sixers Fan

Many people are saying that Guy Fieri was only in Philly yesterday for a bottle signing with whatever tequila he's working with these days. But why would the Mayor of Flavortown risk heading to a Sixers game after the Mayor of Philadelphia had already recommended avoiding large gatherings of over 5000 people if he wasn't a die-hard Sixers fan? It just wouldn't make sense any other way. Flavortown can't afford to be taking any sick days.

Unfortunately this was probably his last chance to watch the team play for the rest of the year but I'm just glad that Guy got to witness it in person. It sucks because this is the exact type of moment that could truly turn around a season. The Sixers had been massive underachievers up until this point. But you bring Guy in for a night to talk about how "dynamite" and "spot on" and "you're a rockstar for this one, brother" everything is? We've seen Guy Fieri catapult countless restaurants into stardom on Triple D, there's no doubt in my mind he was doing the same for The Process last night.

But now it looks like all that great juju and hair product is getting completely wiped out of the Wells Fargo Center today.

Please just skip over the seat Guy was sitting in last night. Put a glass case around it if we need to, but we can't hit the chemical restart button on that seat.

P.S. - I know he's the Mayor of Flavortown and everything but for the sake of his digestive system, I really hope Guy steered clear of this monstrosity last night.
