You'll Never Believe It, But They Are Having Problems Finding Reputable Unions To Represent Marijuana Workers in California

As reported by the Daily Beast, it turns out that enforcing normal laws on the new and naturally abnormal marijuana industry is proving difficult for some legal states like California. In this case, union representation is being required to gain approval to operate a marijuana business by the local government in San Fransisco, and then there is an allegedly phony or "business-friendly" union called ProTech Local 33 that has been rejected for use by the city... and I really hope they get that all sorted out, whatever they need to do to give the workers their rights... BUT more importantly, fucking Of Course you're having trouble finding reputable anything for "Regulations" in the weed industry.

This shit is going to happen in the weed business world where most of the people probably grew up selling weed before it was legal. I'm not an industry insider, but here's how this alleged conversation probably went with the store owner and the supposedly fake union in California.

Weed Store Owner (super high): I really want to open this store, but there's all this fucking paper work, and I need a union? Why? What's a union??

Allegedly Phony Union Guy form Out of Town (probably not high): Wow, how convenient! My specialty is paperwork and "no headache" unions. Let's make a deal!

Weed Store Owner (lighting another blunt): Word, you wanna hit this?

If you're high, and concerned with other shit in your business at the moment, 10/10 times you're going to take that deal on the spot and forget that it ever happened 20 minutes later. Anyway, good luck California, hope it all gets straightened out, and if not you can just get high and chill anyway - Happy Presidents' Day!
