Ready for a little midweek action on the blue turf? I hope so. 

Coastal Carolina welcome the Ragin Cajun's to Myrtle Beach for a Thursday night tilly in the Sun Belt. The 4-4 Chanticleers are looking to find a way to bowl eligibility for the first time in their short stint in the FBS. 

This line opened up at -11 Louisiana-Lafayette and has been bet up to 14. If it stayed in the -11 range, I'd be passing, but at +14? I'll be on Coastal Carolina. 

A few weeks ago we saw Louisiana-Lafayette in a similar position. In a weekday clash against App State, the Ragin Cajun's lost 17-7 as a favorite against the Mountaineers. Now, we get them on the road against a scrappy Coastal Carolina team getting 2 TDs? Sign me up. At 4-4 and ranking 87th in FEI, Coastal could easily be coming into this game 6-2 if a few breaks went their way against Georgia Southern and Eastern Michigan. 

I am a bit concerned about the Chanticleers slowing down Louisiana-Lafayette's rush attack, but when you dig into their numbers a bit more you'll see they rank 60th in rushing success allowed. Not awful. 

All we need is for Coastal to keep this one within 14. I like them to make a game of this one. Go 'Cleers baby.
