In terms of debuts, hard to have a more impressive first showing for your new home crowd than what Kyrie Irving did tonight in Brooklyn. I said it earlier and it's true, when Kyrie is cooking there are few players more fun to watch offensively. He's the very definition of a wizard. His ability to take tough ass shots off the dribble is uncanny, he knows show to play to the crowd and when he gets into that zone it's a different level. Kyrie finished with 50/8/7 on 17-33 shooting and it was just as dominant as that reads

Sadly though, the Nets lost to the Timberwolves which isn't great but that doesn't take away from one hell of a performance from Kyrie. There's nothing like Year 1 Kyrie, and my guess is he has a couple more moments like this over the next 8 months
