Vin Diesel Is BACK In The First Trailer For 'Bloodshot'

The concept of a guy having his memory altered with in order to make him a better assassin/agent is not exactly new to cinema (See: The Bourne Series, Total Recall, The Winter Soldier etc). The comic book series started in 1992 so it predates some of that stuff, but I don’t really think the concept is original enough for the big screen. The regenerative power stuff, however, looks cool as hell. I’m really into the visuals showed of in this trailer and got vibes of ‘Mandy’ during some of those fight scenes. Maybe this will be the movie to finally convince me Diesel can act! Besides Vin, it stars Guy Pearce (Memento), Eiza González (Hobbs & Shaw) Toby Kebbell (RocknRolla), Sam Heughan (Outlander) and Talulah Riley (Westworld). This is Dave Wilsons directorial debut after working on VFX for a lot of famous video games and ‘Avengers: Age of Ultron’. Eric Heisserer (Arrival) adapted the screenplay rom the comic book.
