TCU Hoops Has A 'Deflection Chain' That Is So Bad I Think I'm In Love With It
Look at what Miami did. If anything it shows that nobody can copy The U. Ever since they brought out the Turnover Chain we’ve seen so many variations of it in football. There have been pimp canes, pencils, chainsaws, bottle service among others. And now we’re seeing it cross over to hoops.
TCU is dropping the deflection chain. I mean look at that thing. It’s so bad that I think I’m in love with it. Someone compared it to a sugar cookie and it’s all I can think of when I look at it now.
TCU is not going to be good this year. They are predicted to finish last or next to last in the Big 12. I know Desmond Bane is back, but they lose so much in Alex Robinson, JD Miller and Kouat Noi. So I guess you need to do something like this with something as small as deflections to keep people interested. I mean here I am on a Thursday morning talking about TCU hoops because of this Razor Ramon looking sugar cookie turned chain.
Turnover chains are out, deflection chains are in.
