Uh Oh.....Jose Ramirez Is BACK (And The Rays Are The Luckiest Team In Baseball History)

So I know the Indians are the most injured team in the history of baseball and they have no business being in the Wild Card race with all that has gone wrong this season, but they are. And last night they got a morale booster as Jose Ramirez returned early from fracturing a bone and having surgery on August 24th. I was thinking that was all it was going to be: a morale booster. No way he's ready to hit, right? But boy was I wrong.....

First inning....first at-bat back......bases loaded.....BOOOOOOOOOM!!!

WELCOME BACK, JOSE RAMIREZ!!!

A grand slam in the first inning was more than I could've asked for, but it's not all we got. At-bat number 2......BOOOOOOM!!!!

Holy smokes. 7 RBI in three innings. Two at-bats. A homer from the left side....and then a homer from the right side. Jose Ramirez hasn't just returned to the lineup. Jose Ramirez is BACK.  And now, so are the Indians. No one wants to see this team in the playoffs. Jose stole the show last night but let's not forget that Clevinger threw 7 innings of shut out baseball with 10 strikeouts. I hope to God it lines up that he can pitch in the one game playoff. The only question is, are we going to get there?

These god damn Tampa Bay Rays piss me off. Do they ever lose? They're literally the luckiest team in baseball history and I refuse to hear otherwise. They've trailed in 14 of their last 15 games, and they're 10-5 in those games. In their last 5 wins, 4 of them have been in extra innings.

What the heck is wrong with the Dodgers, Red Sox, and Yankees? This whole time I haven't been too concerned with the Rays because they had such a tough schedule. What the heck, New York? You supposedly have this big bad offense but you can't score more than one run in 12 innings?? FRAUDS.

I guess we'll have to do this ourselves. Because the Rays only have one game left with the Yankees tonight, and then three games vs the terrible Blue Jays. We just need them to lose once. One time, Tampa. Don't even give us a chance. We're not losing.
