Khalil Mack Degraded, Humiliated and Emasculated Broncos OT Garett Bolles Both On The Field And Off The Field On Sunday

Broncos left tackle Garett Bolles struggled during a 16-14 loss to the Bears in Week 2 and was penalized for holding four times (only two of those penalties were accepted by Chicago).

“He gave me a big hug after the game and told me, ‘Keep your head up. Let’s get together this offseason,’” Bolles said Sunday afternoon. “I give him mad credit. When you’re going against a guy like that, those are the games that can change your whole life. You can put yourself in a situation where you can take care of your family for a long time.

I’m holding out hope that his brain wasn’t quite right after the Bears game and he just misspoke here, but at the same time I’m gonna operate under the assumption that what he said was true.

Look, I’m not typically one for embellishment, but Garett Bolles has no choice but to retire if this is true, which it more than likely is because the quote came from his mouth.  Imagine getting so physically humiliated by an opposing player, just dominated so badly that he walks up to you after the game and offers you, his counterpart/enemy/opposition, advice on how to not suck?

This has to be one of the most degrading acts in the history of professional sports.  And I LOVE it.  Mack is an awesome dude and has the ability to play this off as a sincere offer when we know it was just a passive aggressive dig at Bolles for being nothing more than a tackling dummy on Sunday.

Like Hey dude, I just fucked you up.  Let me teach you how to not get fucked up.  We’ll meet up this winter.

Ha.  Sucker.  There’s not a chance in hell Mack and Bolles ever see each other again.  No.  Way.  And Bolles best quote was this:

“I feel like I did a lot of good things tonight. I feel like I did block him and move him along, but there were times that we were going at it, and that’s what’s going to happen. Calls are going to happen, but with him giving me a hug, we were talking, he said I was a good football player. I believe I’m a good football player, I believe he’s a good football player and I’m just really grateful for his respect. I’m grateful I get to play people like that because it makes me better.”

Hey you big idiot!  You were called for holding FOUR TIMES!!!  And it should have been more!!!  There is no way you get into meetings this week and aren’t berated mentally and physically by your coaches for what will assuredly be one of the worst performances we’ll see out of a lineman all season.  And I get it’s Khalil Mack but still… grow some balls man.  Say you got dominated, lick your wounds and get em next week.

Don’t run your mouth to the media because assholes like me will have a field day with it.
