Las Vegas Sportsbooks Are In Big Trouble With This Little League World Series Field

Everyone knew DC would be tough this year I just don’t think we expected them to be THIS tough. Just impossible for anyone to handicap so if you had DC +120 or above good on you. And keep in mind this is against New Jersey aka home of Toms River New Jersey aka home of Todd Frazier aka home of Little League Baseball. So basically DC just knocked off the mid-20th century Russian hockey team in big time competition. Reminds me of back in the OG Barstool Chicago days when Big Cat was cutting his teeth chirping the shit out of Swag Daddy and trying to will the the Jackie Robinson team to Williamsport. And while I’m blatantly aware I posted this maybe a month ago, the staying power and relevancy is too good to be true.

It’s Little League World Series season around here guys. You know that means a lot of crying, lots of slaughter rule and fundamental baseball from CHINESE TAPEI. And also a good time to reflect on how badly your little league team would get fucking annihilated by today’s modern field of competition.

There’s a reason you’re reading this blog and not playing minor league baseball somewhere and you can probably trace it back to the pivotal 12-year old summer while you were out fucking around at pool parties and playing Halo2 in an air conditioned basement. And now look at you. Playing data-entry on an excel spreadsheet in an air conditioned office but that’s not the point.

Point is it’s Regional Championship time in the LLWS and that means some barn burner finishes. Mississippi lead the way in probably the most controversial game.

Louisiana and Texas always at risk to turn into a literal gun fight.

Nice thing about the LLWS is you know it’s here to carry us to football season. ESPN is about to dominate all day time TV programming with the boys ferda next 3 weeks and I’m fucking here for it.
