Gnarley, A Very Good Boy In Kentucky, Saved His Owner From A Machete Attack By His Roommate Because He Wouldn't Loan Him Money

[WHAS] – Young said his job has taken him and Gnarley around the country with his latest stop in Radcliff, Kentucky, where he had been living with some coworkers. Thursday night, Young said one of his roommates became angry with him for not lending him money and tried to attack him with a machete.

“He comes out and he points the machete at me and he says, ‘I’m going to kill you, (expletive),” and as soon as he started coming towards me, Gnarly went into action,” he said.

According to Young, Gnarley jumped in between the two men and risked himself to protect his owner.

First things first, the pup is okay. The surgery was successful and he was ready to come home. No kidding, because Gnarley is a good boy and there would be 0 chance he’d actually be serious hurt.

Second thing – this is just pt. 100,000,000,000 of dogs being the best. Think about the last time you lived with two roommates. Let’s say one of them attacked the other one with a machete. How quick would you be sprinting out the door for your own safety? Not Gnarley. Gnarley is going to jump right in the middle of that shit and save his owner like the good boy he is. Look at this guy!

There’s nothing worse than the roommate that keeps asking you to loan him money too. You know you’re not getting it back. You also know if Gnarley could talk he would have warned his owner that this roommate sucked. Gnarley knew it right away. No doubt about it.

Attacking your roommate because they won’t loan you money is the exact definition of an overreaction. Luckily Gnarley saved the day because dogs are the fucking best.
