Fuck it. Send J. Cole, Trae Young, JR Smith, Melo and Lance Stephenson as Team USA to the FIBA World Cup. I mean no one else seems to want to play for Team USA. We’re so desperate we’re adding a goddamn Plumlee to the roster. Might as well make it interesting and send these five. Hell, just send this whole run. We also had Rondae Hollis-Jefferson, Derrick Williams, Rawle Alkins, PJ Tucker, Shamorie Ponds and Jaren Jackson. That’s a gold medal team.

These offseason videos are always going viral. It’s a way for people to talk into their team or a player. Hell, we did it for years with Hoodie Melo. Shit, we’re still doing it with Hoodie Melo. Part of it is always cool seeing these guys go through pickup run and do some drills together. For me I can always appreciate just how goddamn talented these dudes are.

But the story here is J. Cole. I knew he was a decent hooper, but he’s holding his own out here. I mean he’s drilling jumpers with a pretty good looking stroke. I really want to know how he ended up in this run? We’re talking about well-known NBA guys. J. Cole is not that.
