I'm Pretty Sure James Harden Killed A Guy At His Basketball Camp

I’ve said it before, I cannot get enough of these type of videos. So far we’ve had Marcus Smart destroying campers, then came Jayson Tatum bullying the hell out of a small child. Next came KAT showing a level of defense many didn’t even know existed followed by Russell Westbrook sending a poor kid to the center of the earth. Each and every one makes me laugh and I don’t care who knows it. I know this is what should happen when an innocent camper goes up against an NBA player, but every time I can’t help myself.

Well, now we can add James Harden to the list. Now here’s the thing, this dude seems a little older. In fact quick research tells me this may have been some 20 year old YouTuber and once I learned that I didn’t feel nearly as bad. Usually these are little kids that get destroyed, but that kid should know better. I would LOVE to know what was going through his head at the beginning of this video. Even without traveling James Harden is perhaps the hardest cover in the entire league. Not even All NBA defenders can stop this dude in isolation so what the hell does this dude think he’s going to be able to accomplish? I mean this is who we’re talking about here

Right there you have to know you made a big time mistake. Maybe you thought Harden would take it easy on you, but after your hamstring almost exploded you have to just walk away while you’re still somewhat ahead. Instead, this poor dude went back for more and it went exactly how you expected. You could tell he immediately regretted his decision at this moment

And hey, I’m not suggesting I would do any better against Harden. In fact it would probably be 1000x worse. But the difference is I know what James Harden is capable of and I’m self aware enough to know there’s no way in hell you’re getting me on video trying to D up the best isolation scorer in the NBA. This poor bastard went the opposite route and things did not go great.
