A 15 Year Old American, Cori Gauff, Just Took Down Venus Williams At Wimbledon

FIFTEEN. Born in 2004. Youngest player to qualify for Wimbledon…ever. Casually gets Venus Williams, her idol, in the first round. And what does she do? Takes her down in straight sets. Do you remember what you were doing at 15? I was a freshman in high school. I had no value to the world (still don’t). I was just excited to make the freshman baseball team. Cori Gauff just won a Wimbledon tennis match against her idol. Venus won four grand slam titles before Cori was even born. Ridiculous.
