It's Been 2 Years Since We Lost Chris Cornell - Here He Is Covering "Nothing Compares 2 U"

There’s hundreds upon hundreds of Chris Cornell performances you could point towards in tribute to his memory – from Temple of the Dog, to Soundgarden, to Audioslave, to his solo work – but for whatever reason, this cover of ‘Nothing Compares 2 U’ wound up being the one that resonated with myself, and many others after he passed, so I’ve decided to share it here.

This world will never see another like Chris, or really, hear another like Chris, and his death is just as tragic today as it was two years ago.

If you’re ever feeling particularly down, or depressed, or in your demons, whatever they may be, always remember that there is somebody out there willing to talk with you, and that this world will be a better place with you in it.
