No One Has Ever Gone From Out Of Place To Stealing The Show More Than Michael Phelps Ripping A Shot With Eric Church And Peyton Manning

What a roller coaster for Michael Phelps here. This was posted from the Eric Church concert in Denver and let me tell you, Phelps went from way out of place to stealing the goddamn show from Chief and some quarterback.

Let’s look at the tape. We start with this face:

That’s a confused man. That man also might be blitzed out of his mind already. Either way he was not prepared for Eric Church to hand him a shot of Jack Daniels. Phelps is possibly the most known Olympian of all time. He should fit in here. Plus, the man likes to party.

We then move on to ‘oh shit, this is actually happening':

And then finally the ‘I’m the man, I’m here with Peyton and Eric. Let me hold my shot form.’ I’ll admit, it’s a good shot form. Good release. Follow through is there. Pretty impressive stuff:

I don’t think I’ve ever seen someone go through such a wide range of emotions over a shot in 40 seconds than Phelps. I can’t blame him. Taking a shot of Jack Daniels with Eric Church is on my bucket list. He’s one of my 2 or 3 favorite musicians of all time (cue the Kentucky/country jokes).

Sidenote; I wanted to make fun of Peyton for chasing his shot immediately before anyone else could blink. But then I realized two things. 1) When you hit your 30s that’s a go to move. 2) He chased it with what appears to be beer and that’s a great move.
