"Iowa.......That's A Lit Ass City"- Cardi B

We’ll take it! We will take it! Iowans can cry foul that Cardi B called Iowa a city but that’s the wrong way to look at it. We’ll take all the positive publicity we can get. It’s true that Iowa is a state and not a city but we can’t split hairs when a famous musician says nice things about our state. There’s also a chance Cardi was talking about Iowa City but I’m pretty sure she was performing in Des Moines so that wouldn’t make much sense.

We’re not the first Midwestern state to be called a city by the east coast elite

These things happen. We can’t let a little city/state mix up stop people from saying glowing thing about our part of the country. Shout out to Cardi B.
