Remember how good Ryan Howard was? Holy shit was he good. These are 2 of his moon shots from the 2006 season, a season where he'd go on to win his first and only MVP by hitting 58 homers, driving in 149, batting .313, and posting an OBP of .425. Insane numbers. Guy was one of the most feared power hitters for a decent amount of time, he absolutely mashed. Easily one of my favorite players in the league during his tenure as well, plus you can't forget his appearance in The Office, Eat Fresh. People compare Chris Davis to him, a big lefty home run guy who strikes out a ton. I'd kill for Chris Davis to put up the type of numbers that Howard put up into the later years of his career. I'd have loved to see the numbers he would have put up if he played a little longer and stayed healthy. Guy was an absolute freak.
