Bill Walton Has Moved On From Barack Obama To Luke Walton As UCLA Head Coach

This isn’t exactly the most shocking rumor to hit the Internet nor is it really that new. Walton has been rumored to be linked to the UCLA job and if the Arizona job opens up due to the FBI investigation as possible landing stops. Again, nothing really breaking there.

But, how about Bill Walton? What happened to having integrity big man? You’re the man who said the list started and ended with Barack Obama:

I don’t think I ever heard Barack say no to the UCLA job. Seems like you moved on a bit too quick here. I really wanted to see Obama in the running for head coaching job. Imagine late night Thursday games with Obama on the sidelines and Walton on the call.

His shoe broke!

We’ll see what happens. It would be a bit hilarious to see Walton stay in Los Angeles after not being successful with the Lakers. I have no idea what’s going on with this coaching search. It’s one of the more fascinating ones I can remember due to the length of it and plenty of question marks.
