Parade Day is always the best with the entire city having a “who can come up with the best sign and also who can get the drunkest” contest, but I think Frankie here already wrapped up the first part of that. Not only did he paint a sign on his face but I’m pretty sure he’s gotta be like a YouTube makeup model or something? I suppose an artist would also have these capabilities but I’m a shitty millenial so when I see impressive art I think, “Must be a YouTuber.” Either way, 10 out of 10 stuff here.
