Taylor Swift Made A Surprise Appearance At The Golden Globes In Support Of BF Joe Alywn

Us Weekly- Swift, 29, showed up at the awards show on Sunday, January 6, at The Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, in a black Versace gown and Lorraine Schwartz jewels to present the awards for Best Original Score and Best Original Song in a Motion Picture to First Man’s Justin Hurwitz and A Star Is Born’s “Shallow,” respectively, alongside actor Idris Elba

“While Taylor presented, Joe watched the teleprompter near him and smiled and [his The Favourite costar] Nicholas Hoult patted him on the back,” an onlooker reveals to Us. “After Gaga walked on stage, Joe shifted his gaze to the stage near Taylor.”

The insider continues, “She was smiling at him while she walked off the stage. She looked over her shoulder and gave a sassy cute little smile at his table’s direction.”

Taylor Swift did not walk the red carpet with her boyfriend, Joe Alwyn, but she found a way to show her support. Taylor made a surprise appearance during the actual show, on stage with Idris Elba to present a couple awards. Icing on the cake, she got to present the award to Lady Gaga.

Taylor and Joe are extremely private so it makes sense that they didn’t make a big deal out of the red carpet. Joe has a role in The Favourite, so it was really his night. It sounds like they still found cute ways to show each other they were happy for each other.

And of course, the queen of hidden messages seemed to do that as well with her dress.

It’s not the first time Swift has helped promote “The Favourite”: In addition to attending the film’s New York premiere in September, she gushed about it on Instagram the following month, calling it “absolutely phenemonal.”

I always find theories like this a little far-fetched, but when it comes to Taylor Swift, this sounds like it’s right up her alley. When does Taylor ever pass up an opportunity to have her clothes hold little secrets? There was no way Taylor was going to be a no-show for this awards show. Most likely, The Favourite will grab some Oscars nominations, which I hope means another Taylor Swift appearance. If we’re really lucky she will walk the red carpet because, duh The Oscars.
